6rwen Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 6rwen ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 6rwen online gaming and sports betting platform available at 6rwen.org and any associated mobile or web-based services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the 6rwen platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these T&C in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these T&C, you must not access or use the platform. 6rwen reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.

These T&C should be read in conjunction with the 6rwen Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. In the event of any conflict between these T&C and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms will apply to the specific promotion only; for all other matters these T&C prevail.

To register and maintain an account on the 6rwen platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis. 6rwen conducts verification checks and may request supporting documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

You must meet all of the following conditions to hold a 6rwen account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6rwen enforces a strict 21+ age policy without exception. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You hold only one account on the 6rwen platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• The personal and payment details you provide during registration are accurate, current and belong to you. You must notify 6rwen promptly of any material changes to your registered information.
• You are not currently under a self-exclusion order at 6rwen and have not been barred from accessing the platform for any reason.

6rwen reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for refusal. Approved accounts remain subject to ongoing KYC checks and 6rwen may request identity documentation (national ID, passport, or similar) at any time.

6rwen offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are awarded at 6rwen's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion in addition to these general T&C. Bonus offers may be modified or withdrawn by 6rwen at any time without prior notice.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Winnings derived from bonus wagering are credited as bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, at which point they convert to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonuses are awarded on a per-player, per-promotion basis. A player may not claim the same promotional bonus more than once using the same or different account, the same mobile number, the same device or the same IP address.
• 6rwen reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if the platform determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through any form of abuse, collusion, exploitation of system errors or violation of these T&C.

Each game and betting market available on the 6rwen platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The following general betting conditions apply across all 6rwen sports betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A placed bet cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed by the player after confirmation. In the event of an obvious pricing error, 6rwen reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed within the betting interface before you confirm your wager. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of the applicable limits at the time the bet is placed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 6rwen reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time, including during an ongoing event, if the integrity of the market or the reliability of the live data feed is in doubt.
• For cricket betting markets specifically, results are determined based on the official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC or equivalent) after the conclusion of the match or the relevant innings. 6rwen does not accept liability for discrepancies between in-match live scores and final official results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6rwen's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these T&C or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 6rwen account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6rwen shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, even if 6rwen has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought.

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services in the jurisdiction in which 6rwen operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C that cannot be resolved through the 6rwen support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. 6rwen does not make any representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operating territory.
